These two little ones are about 19 months apart and for a large portion of the last two years one was a big girl and one was a baby.
Lately though, I am noticing as they get older they seem to be getting closer in age. They now play together and make up stories together, they laugh at the same funny things and they are even sad when the other is not around. There is a whole new dynamic to their relationship and it is so amazingly sweet.
They're so sweet! It must have been hard in the beginning but I bet it's wonderful seeing them together now :-)
ReplyDeleteWe are going through a similar thing at our house at the moment. My eldest is 4 almost 5 and baby is almost 2 and after coming home from holidays where they were together 24/7 for 16 days straight their relationship went to a whole new level. It's so very sweet and I hope it lasts for many years.
